Store Pickup
✔ Order online and pick up the products at your nearest iSTYLE store. Choose the Store Pickup option at checkout.
✔ Order can be collected from the store within 60 minutes. Meanwhile you will receive a confirmation email or call from the store.
✔ Please note the order will be cancelled if not collected within 7 days from the pick up confirmation date.
✔ A valid Iraqi National Card, passport copy, or driving license must be presented at the time of collection.
✔ Payment must be made at the store via cash or card when collecting the order.

Exchange, product warranty and refund policy
All Apple hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of Limited Warranty on new products including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase. Unopened items can be exchange within 7 days from date of purchase.
Dead on arrival (DOA) product: an Apple-branded hardware product considered DOA if it shows of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please bring it to iSTYLE within 24 hours of the invoice date. iSTYLE will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options.
In case of replacement iSTYLE will contact you to set up a replacement order of your DOA product. The DOA policy applies to all Apple hardware product currently offered at iSTYLE. As new product are offered, iSTYLE reserve the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. If the product is deemed DOA by iSTYLE Computer's Service Department more than hours after the invoice date, Apple's standard product warranty will apply.
