What countries does istyle.iq operate in?
Iraq.
Local delivery cost (inside the IQ)
Delivery on all orders with a total cost of over IQD 200 will be free of charge. Any orders with a total of below IQD 200 (before delivery is added) will be subject to a delivery charge of IQD 20.
Do i need to pay Custom or other fees?
Yes you do. You will be liable to pay any custom fees of your country and you will be charged accordingly at the time of Delivery by the courier or at times if there is a need for clearance from your end. iSTYLE.IQ is not responsible for any custom-fees levied by the shipped-to country and those fees would be borne by the consignee i.e. the customer who placed the order. The same applies for any additional charges levied by the local country of the consignee and government authorities of the shipped-to country.
When will my item be dispatched?
We endeavour that orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be sent with in 1 - 3 business days. Delivery is not available on public holidays.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes. All deliveries, other than delivery to store, require a signature to confirm your order is delivered and received correctly.
And a valid ID (Iraq ID / Passport / Driving Lic ) is required to be shown to the courier at the time of receiving the shipment.
Can I change my delivery address after I placed an order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.
Where is my order? My order hasn't arrived yet
You can track the status of your order via the link within your order confirmation email. Upon dispatch Shipa delivery will also email you with details of an estimated delivery time and tracking information.
If the delivery time slot they offer is not suitable you can contact Shipa delivery, 800-Shipa (800-74472) to arrange an alternative slot. It is not possible however to redirect to a different address. Shipa delivery do everything they can to ensure the delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. They will let you know if they become aware of an unexpected delivery
The delivery has arrived damaged, what should I do?
If the package has arrived damaged you should sign the receipt and say the item has been damaged and refuse the delivery – in which case the item is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
An item is missing from the delivery
We will include a delivery note with the package that details all the items you should expect. If an item is missing from the box you must notify us within 2 working days of receiving the goods. One of our customer services team will then advise of the best resolution.
